Attorney Gerald Davis of Nashville; repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided Gerald Wayne Davis with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

Gerry’s 1stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to respond to ethics complaint (Up yours, said Gerry!)
  • Failed to respond on two prior occasions to ethics complaints (Up yours again, said Gerry!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Gerry’s 2ndbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to keep appointments
  • Failed to return client phone calls
  • Failed to return client files to clients upon request
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Gerry!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Gerry practices at 1326 Rosa L. Parks Blvd in Nashville, Tennessee.
