Attorney Stanley Darnell of Clarksville, TN; ethical dwarf  

The state of Tennessee provided Stanley Douglas Darnell with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Stan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Involved in 23 instances of negligence
• Failed to communicate with over twenty clients (victims)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Stan by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Stan practices at 120 South Second Street in Clarksville, Tennessee.
