Attorney Ronald Cunningham of Knoxville; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided Ronald Edwin Cunningham with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to report member of his firm who converted (stole) $5,500 from settlement funds held in trust for a client
  • It wasn’t until two years had passed that disciplinary authorities leanred of the theft

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Ronnie practices at 1810 Ailor Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee.
