Attorney Joseph Costner of Maryville, TN; moronic loser  

The state of Tennessee provided Joseph Edwin Costner with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Memphis State University Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Filed complaint for divorce alleging cruel and inhumane treatment on behalf of the wife
• Typed and answer for the husband to file pro se

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Joey practices at 315 High Street in Maryville, Tennessee.
