Attorney David Collins of Nashville; convicted felon

The state of Tennessee provided David A. Collins with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave was convicted in U.S. District Court for conspiring to commit mail fraud. It was part of a scheme and artifice to defraud in an effort to manufacture and market plastic or fiberglass ballot boxes for elections in the State of Tennessee.

At the time he was engaging in the aforementioned criminal conduct, Dave was employed by the Tennessee Secretary of State's Office as the Coordinator of Elections.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Dave practices at 208 Third Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee.
