Attorney Robert Murray of Tucson; moronic loser

The state of Arizona provided Robert L. Murray with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Entered into business enterprise with clients without making full disclosure of all relevant details to clients
  • Failed to adequately represent client in wrongful death action
  • Failed to investigate availability of insurance coverage in wrongful death action
  • Failed to advise clients of outcome of wrongful death investigation
  • Criminally convicted of facilitation
  • Operated car while under the influence (DWI) and while in the possession of cocaine
  • Failed to interview witnesses on client’s behalf in criminal case
  • Failed to appear at court hearings on behalf of clients at least 4 times
  • Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
  • Settled client’s case for $30,000 but did not disburse funds to client
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 8-year suspension of his law license reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Bobby practices at 2730 East Broadway Blvd in Tucson, Arizona.
