Attorney Jagruti Acharya of Marlborough, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Jagruti D. Acharya with a law license in 2001.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Jagruti guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false representations to court about trial proceedings
• Failed to adequately research law relevant to client’s case
• Revealed confidential client information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Jagruti by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Jagruti practices with the Law Office of Jagruti Acharya in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
