Attorney Peter Allen of Brookline, MA; thieving loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Peter Alexander Allen with a law license in 1977.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Negligent use of $3,000 of client funds
  • Misplaced client file
  • Failed to see client objectives
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to timely file client’s visa application
  • Intentionally made false statements (lied) to client’s uncle
  • Charged a clearly excessive fee (crook)
  • Failed to respond to client requests for information
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to return unearned fee (thief)
  • Failed to provide client with accounting
  • Improperly asked client to waive right to sue for legal malpractice w/o advising client to seek independent legal advice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Pete practices with the Law Offices of Peter Allen at 114 Clinton Road in Brookline, Massachusetts.
