Attorney Robert Rainer of Atkinson, NH; moronic loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Robert K. Rainer with a law license in 1987. 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to notify clients he was closing his office
• Failed to provide competent legal services (Moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Assisted another in the illegal practice of law
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to advise clients he had turned over their cases to other attorneys
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Allowed lawyer whose license was revoked to work on his cases
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds belong to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Mike practices with the Powers Law Offices PC at 470 Washington Street in Norwood, Massachusetts.
