Attorney Steven Wiechman of Topeka; pervert, repeater

The sate of Kansas presented Steven R. Wiechman with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Washburn University Law Sch ool.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to obtain written agreement from client re: conflict of interest
• Told client he was always attracted to her
• Raised female client’s shirt and applied lotion to her back
• Grabbed female client by waist and puller her to him so that her backside was pressing against his groin
• Told female client she could leave until she gave him a hug
• Hugged and kissed female client on at least two occasions
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Pressured female client in to buying into Fortune High Tech program
• Caused actual injury to be suffered by client
• Misconduct motivated by selfishness
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Stevie’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary admonishments for engaging in a variety of misconduct, which included improper touching of female client.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (February 2014) Stevie practices with Wiechman & Gasper PA at 2201 SW Tenth Street in Topeka, Kansas.
