Attorney David Nich Jr. of Bellevue, NE; lying loser

The state of Nebraska presented David Lawrence Nich Jr.  with  a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to file proper papers in court on behalf of various clients
• Failed to expedite client’s litigation
• Misrepresented the truth (lied) to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dave!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Dave practices at 1512 Freeman Drive in Bellevue, Nebraska.
