Attorney Stuart Mills of Pender, NE; moronic loser

The state of Nebraska presented Stuart B. Mills with a law license in 1973.

Disciplinary Counsel found Stu guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Handled legal matter without proper preparation
• Failed to represent client within the bounds of the law
• Handled matter he was incompetent to handle (Moron)
• Notarized renunciations and deeds without witnessing the signatures of those signing the documents
• Directed secretary to alter dates on renunciation documents
• Caused false documents to filed with County officials
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Stu by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
