The Law Society of Upper Canada found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to serve four clients competently (Moron) by failing to pay out and discharge their mortgages in connection with three properties

Allowed others to use his personalized specially encrypted diskette to access the system for the electronic registration of title documents

Improperly delegated task to non-lawyers

Breached undertaking to the Director of Land Registration through negligent supervision of two individuals

Improperly withdrew trust funds

Breached an undertaking to another lawyer by failing to pay out and discharge mortgage registered against a property

Failed to maintain and preserve all books and records

Failed to maintain client files for nine separate properties

Misapplied or mishandled trust funds
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
