Attorney Bradley Berns of Toronto, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Bradley Franklin Berns with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Osgood Hall Law School. 

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Bradley guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failing to guard against becoming tool or dupe of unscrupulous clients
• Failed to properly supervise real estate practice
• Failed to serve lender client competently (Moron)
• Failed to follow specific client instructions
• Failed to take steps to protect client interests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Bradley by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Bradley practices at 554 Annette Street in Toronto, Canada.
