Attorney Sheldon Benjamin of Toronto, CAN; moronic loser

The Law Society presented Sheldon Benjamin with a law license  in 1981.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Sheldon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise real estate & mortgage transactions
• Improper application of Power of Attorney
• Breach obligation to ensure trust funds were disbursed properly
• Failed to serve lender clients in competent manner (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Failed to maintain books and records re: trust accounts held at the Toronto Dominion Bank
• Failed to submit updated books and records to Law Society

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Sheldon by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Sheldon practices at 100 Richmond Street West in Toronto, Canada.
