Attorney Gregory Gudger of Portland, OR; serial offender

The state of Oregon provided Gregory L. Gudger with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Withdrew funds from client trust account that he wasn’t entitled too
  • Failed to notify client of increased hourly rate that client never agreed to pay
  • Charged a clearly excessive fee (cheater)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Greg’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two complimentary suspensions of his law license, one for 90-days and the other 7-months for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Gregg practices at 3800 NE Sandy Blvd in Portland, Oregon.
