Attorney Timothy Crawford of Corbin, KY; repeat offender

The state of Kentucky presented Timothy Crawford with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to protect client interests after being terminated
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Failed to withdraw representation when withdrawal was mandatory
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Timmy!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Timmy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 61-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (February 2015), Timmy practices at 317 North Main Street in Corbin, Kentucky.
