Attorney Kent Brody of Chicago; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Kent Richard Brody with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Kent guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in the illegal practice of while license suspended

Illegally represented at least eight different legal matters while suspended

Failed to complete Minimum Continuing Legal Education requirements

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Kent practices with the Offices of Kent R. Brady & Michael P. Gore at 29 South La Salle Street in Chicago, Illinois.
