Attorney Joyce Sanchez of Colorado Springs; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado presented Joyce Kathleen Sanchez with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from Willamette University of Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Joyce of the following misconduct.

• Wrote at least two insufficient fund checks (rubber)
• Engaged in negligent conversion of client funds

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Joyce gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Joyce was never criminally charged for passing bad checks.
