Attorney Michelle Sylvain of Eagle, CO; ethical misfit

The state of Colorado presented Michelle E. Sylvain with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from Willamette University of Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Michelle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligently allowed balance of trust account to fall below required amount to be maintained for clients
• Failed to maintain billing and time records for a number of clients

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Michelle gifting her with a complimentary 4-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak, (ca. February 2015), Michelle practices with the Law Office of Michelle Sylvain in Eagle, Colorado.
