Attorney Richard Blundell of Greeley, CO; ethical misfit

The state of Colorado presented Richard Kenneth Blundell with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Willamette University of Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to ensure timely payment of liens Dick executed in favor of a third party
• Failed to deliver proceeds of settlement to third party
• Improperly advanced funds to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.

As we speak, (ca. January 2015), Dick practices with The Offices of Richard K. Blundell at 1233 8^th Avenue in Greely, Colorado.
