Attorney James Darnel of Glendale, CO; congenital liar

The state of Colorado presented James Darnel with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Willamette University of Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, while he was applying for a driver’s license in the state of Virginia, Jimmy misrepresented his residence, misrepresented that his driver’s license had never been revoked, and misrepresented that he had not been convicted of any traffic offense in the last ten years.

Jimmy told the above referenced lies when he absolutely knew each one were false at the time he uttered them.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. January 2015), Jimmy practices in the Glendale, Colorado area.
