Attorney John Peters of Portage, IN; ethical misfit

The state of Indiana presented John W. Peters with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Valparaiso University College of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement as required
• Lack of fee agreement led to fee dispute with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Johnny practices at 6195 Central Avenue in Portage, Indiana.
