Attorney Jefrey Booth of Norfolk; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Jefrey Greg Booth with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence
  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law
  • Failed to appear in court on client’s behalf
  • Failed to withdraw representation when required to so act
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jefrey!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Carter by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Jefrey practices at 1021 Hugo Street in Norfolk, Virginia.
