► Judge Errol Massiah of Toronto; serial pervert

The Justices of the Peace Review Council found Errol guilty of the following misconduct, all of which related to his never ending

sexual harassment of court employees.

Errol’s 1^st bite at the Judicial Pervert Apple Tree - 2012

Several female court staff complained of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior at the hands of Errol the Perv. In one instance, Errol engaged in the following colloquy with one of his victims.

Pervert:  “Damn girl, where did that figure come from?”

Victim:   “I don’t know Your Worship. I have two kids.”

Pervert:  “Okay…any time you want to see me with my shirt off, just let me know.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders sitting on the Justices of the Peace Review Council punished Errol by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Errol’s 2^nd bite at the Judicial Pervert Apple Tree - 2012

In this instance, Errol was adjudged guilty of ogling female court staff and once again engaging in sexual harassment of said employees. The victims of Errol the Perv testified that he leered at them, touched and made sexually offensive comments to them. Some of the Perv’s conduct is as follows:

• Errol would inhale and then exhale while making sexist comments towards women and “scanning their entire being” with his eyes
• “He raped me up and down with his eyes”
• Invited several employees into his chambers while he was in varying states of undress

Below are some of the comments the Perv made to court staff:

• “Have you lost weight? Those pants really look good on you”
• “Any time you want to see me with my shirt off, just let me know”
• “Oh, I’m glad we are off the record so I can tell you how good you look today”
• “It’s not that you haven’t seen anything like it before. Mine is just brow.”
• “I like two-tone blonds”
• “Oh look at you, pregnant and you still look good”
• “Mrs. HH Looking goooooood” as she walked past him in the courthouse
• “Damn girl, where did that figure come from?”
• “Oooh, lady in red”
• “Mmmm … do you ever look good today”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders sitting on the Justices of the Peace Review Council have yet to mete out any punishment to Errol the Perv. However, given its sad record, at most Errol will receive a 30-day suspension.

As we speak (January 2015), Errol continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace in the Central East Region in Toronto, Canada.
