Attorney James Toner of Harwich, MA; greedy

The state of Massachusetts presented James J. Toner with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy found it acceptable to prepare a will for a client wherein it called for $15,000 to be paid to each of his three (3) children and the balance paid to him and his wife after the client’s two sisters each received $50,000.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Jimmy practices at 43 Oak Street in Harwich, Massachusetts.
