The state of New York presented Miguel Angel Terc Jr. with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The First Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Miguel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Aided a non-layer in the illegal practice of law
• Failed to safeguard funds entrusted to him as a fiduciary
• Engaged in deceptive and misleading conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the First Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Miguel by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Miguel practices with the Terc Law Office PC at 3187 Steinway Street in Astoria, New York.
