Attorney Richard Bohling of Laramie, WY; thieving loser

The state of Wyoming presented Richard C. Bohling with a law license in 1989.

The Wyoming Attorney General’s Office has charged Dick with the following misconduct.

Dick was charged with nine counts, including larceny, wrongful taking of property. The criminal counts include six (6) felony counts and three (3) misdemeanor counts. Other felony counts include Wrongful Taking or Disposing of Property and False Swearing in Non-judicial or Non-administrative Proceeding (False Claims or Vouchers). (KOWB 1290, Laramie)

While Dick was employed as the Albany County, Wyoming Attorney and prosecutor, he used public funds to pay for expensive cameras, computer equipment and a membership in the Laramie Rifle Range.

An agent with the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation says Albany County’s clerk audited vouchers that the county attorney’s office had turned over for payment and found nearly $20,000 in questionable spending.

All that’s left now is to see when Dick will make a deal and plead guilty. If convicted, it is a forgone conclusion that the Wyoming Supreme Court will disbar Dick.

As we speak (December 2014), Dick practices at 1802 East Sheridan in Laramie, Wyoming.
