Attorney Fletcher Long of Clarksville, TN; moronic loser

The state of Tennessee presented Fletcher Whaley Long with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Fletcher guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise client about objectives of representation in divorce matter
• Due to Fletcher’s lack of communication with his client, the client’s divorce case was dismissed because the court was not the proper court to determine child custody and property issues
• Filed client’s divorce appeal in the wrong court (Moron)
• Failed to enter agreed order in timely manner (one year late)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Fletcher by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Fletcher practices at 110 Franklin Street in Clarksville, Tennessee.
