Attorney Michael Donohue of Allentown, PA; convict

The state of Pennsylvania presented Michael James Donohue with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the Dickinson School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

During a criminal trial, a jury found Jimmy guilty of causing an accident that resulted in death or serious injury, reckless driving, failure to give information and give aid, failure to give notice to police of accident, and careless driving.

Subsequently, Jimmy was sentenced to four months in prison.

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2015) Mike practices at 546 Hamilton Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
