Attorney Norm Angeleri of Conway, AR; lying loser

The state of Arkansas presented Norm Angeleri with a law license in 2002.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Norm guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly filed false statement with bankruptcy court
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interests
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to timely refund unearned fees (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Norm by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (January 2015), Norm practices at 352 Highway 65 in Conway, Arkansas.
