Attorney John Krueger of Roseville, MN; ethical leprechaun

The state of Minnesota presented John August Krueger with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Hamline University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Notarized client release containing forged client signature
  • Endorsed check containing forged client signature
  • Improperly with fees from client settlement check
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Failed to timely file state and federal tax returns
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Johnny practices with the Krueger Law Firm at 1912 Lexington Avenue in Roseville, Minnesota.
