U.S. Judge Arthur Schwab of Pittsburgh, PA; arrogant loser President George W. Bush was duped into appointing Arthur as a District Court Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania located in Judge Schwab was assigned to hear the case of case of Elionardo Juarez-Escobar, a Honduran man who pled guilty to re-entering the The sole issue before Judge Schwab was to consider the appropriate sentence for Elionardo; however, Schwab jumped on an opportunity to provide some red meat for his handlers by seeking a supplemental brief on the applicability of Obama’s recent immigration policies and whether those police would provide Elionardo with any avenues to prevent his deportation. Arrogant Schwab then issued an irrelevant and assine ruling that stated in part that the Obama policy goes beyond prosecutorial discretion because: “It provides for systematic and rigid process by which a broad group of individuals will be treated differently than others based upon arbitrary classifications, rather than case-by-case examination" and "it allows undocumented immigrants, who fall within these broad categories, to obtain substantive rights.” Schwab went on to laughingly say that “undocumented immigrants will become quasi-United States citizens” under Obama’s executive actions. This is the same biased loser that was removed from a case in 2008 pursuant to an Appellate Court ruling that stated “a reduced level of rancor” on the case was required. In 2011, Schwab was forced to recuse (remove) himself from seventeen (17) pending cases because of allegations that he was biased. Suffice it to say that Schwab is nothing more than a mouthpiece and yes-man for right wing activists who finds it acceptable to abuse his judicial office for the sole purpose of promoting a right wing agenda. Given the fact that Schwab is only 68-years-old, he may well remain on the bench for another 20 or more years advocating for his handlers. As we speak (ca. December 2014), Judge Schwab remains on the bench as a U.S. District Court judge in
