Judge Don Bourne of Russellville, AR; moronic loser

The state of Arkansas presented Donald Wayne Bourne with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission found Judge Bourne guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Judge Bourne violated the Code of Conduct when he contributed $525 to Trevor Brown who was a candidate for the Arkansas State House of Representatives.

The Judicial Code of Conduct expressly prohibits any judicial officer from contributing to any candidate’s campaign for public office.

In a lame effort at levity, Judge Bourne had the chutzpah to defend his misconduct by claiming he was under the assumption that such campaign contributions were permitted under the Code of Judicial Conduct.

By his own admission, Judge Bourne is either a total Moron or an unapologetic liar. If in fact he is incapable of understanding the Code of Conduct as he laughingly argues, then he has no business sitting on the bench in judgment of others.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Judge Bourne by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Bourne continues to sit as a Pope County District Court Judge in Russellville, Arkansas.
