Today’s “Bullshit” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Johnny. In the past, he has been the recipient of two (2) opinion pieces, which are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

John Yoo is another loser attorney who discovered early on after graduating from Yale Law School in 1992 how difficult it was to earn a dishonest living practicing law. As a consequence, Johnny decided to go into politics and later the teaching profession.

It should be remembered that Johnny was the Chief Bullshitter and Liar that wrote a mystical law review advising Dick Cheney and his cadre of losers that it was perfectly legal for us to engage in torture after 9/11, including water boarding.

Immediately after the U.S. Senate released its 600 page report on the CIA’s torture program on Dec 10, 2014, Johnny decided to try and defend his unconscionable conduct by saying in part:

• “A President charged with this responsibility cannot wait weeks, months, or never; he must obtain intelligence as soon as possible to stop the next attack. Under these emergency conditions, a chief executive would reasonably give the green light to limited, but aggressive interrogation methods that did not cause any long-term or permanent injuries.”

It’s clear that Johnny the Moron didn’t read the 600 page report before claiming that his recommended torture didn’t cause any “long-term or permanent injuries.” According to Johnny, the prisoner who lost an eye while being tortured didn’t suffer a “permanent injury.”  After all, he still has vision in one eye, right Johnny?

And Johnny, what about the prisoner that died from hypothermia while being tortured? In your demented world, would that qualify as a “permanent injury” Johnny?

From a personal point of view, my deepest regret is that Obama failed to instruct the Justice Department to prosecute acknowledge criminals like Johnny who acted as a compliant lackey for Dick Cheney and his compatriots for violating the Geneva Convention, etc. in knowingly and cheerfully engaging in abhorrent and clearly illegal torture techniques.

Congrats Johnny; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Bullshitters”; you are far too humble.
