Attorney Tamara Chin of Lynnwood, WA; repeat offender

 

The state of Washington presented Tamara Chin with a law license in 2006.

 

The Washington State Bar found Tamara guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Tamara’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree - 2013

 

  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Failed to maintain required trust account records
  • Improperly divulged client confidences

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Noura by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Tamara’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2014

 

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  • Failed to maintain time records re: client representation
  • Failed to advise client of withdrawal of trust funds to pay fees as required
  • Failed to respond to client’s request for written accounting of claimed fees

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Tamara by gifting her with a complimentary 45-day suspension of her law license.

 

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Tamara practices at 4100 194th Street SW in Lynnwood, Washington.
