Attorney Matthew Aylworth of Eugene, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Matthew Aylworth with a law license in 2006.

The Washington State Bar found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act with candor toward trial court (liar)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Matty practices with Gordon Aylworth & Tami PC at 4012 West First Avenue in Eugene, Oregon.
