Solicitor Peter Buller of Victoria, AUS; ethical dwarf

The Victoria Law Society presented Peter William Buller with a law license in 1969.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigation (Up yours, said Pete!)
• Engaged in professional misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary $500 fine.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Pete’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Pete practices with Buller McLeod Lawyers at 15 Post Office Place in Glenroy, Victoria, Australia.
