Solicitor George Schifter of Melbourne, AUS; ethical dwarf

The Victoria Law Society presented George P. Schifter with a law license in 1975.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found George guilty of the following misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished George by gifting him with a complimentary fine of $7,500.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said George!)
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t George’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
