Solicitor Stuart Morgan of Victoria, AUS; ethical misfit

The Victoria Law Society presented Stuart W. Morgan with a law license in 1983.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Stu guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to effectively communicate with clients
• Failed to use best endeavors to complete work in timely manner
• Failed attend disciplinary hearing (Up yours, said Stu!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Stu by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Stu practices with Stuart Morgan & Associates at 238 Glenferrie Road, in Malvern, Victoria, Australia.
