Attorney John Lewright of Cassville, MO; ethical elf

The state of Missouri presented John A. Lewright with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

·         Failed to timely file an appellate brief on client’s behalf

·         Failed to respond to show cause orders issued by the Court of Appeals (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Johnny practices at 903 Main Street in Cassville, Missouri.
