Attorney Don Crank of Springfield, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Don W. Crank with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take steps to protect client interests after being fired
• Improperly deposit of personal funds into client trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Donnie practices at 1010 Booneville Road in Springfield, Missouri.
