Solicitor Garry Penhall of New South Wales; ethical misfit

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Garry Neville Penhall with a law license in 1966.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Garry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Delayed in rendering bills
  • Was delinquent in providing accountings to client
  • Billing statements contained numerous errors
  • Engaged in double accounting

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Garry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Garry practices at 7 Gordon Street, Burwood, New South Wales, Australia.
