Solicitor Barry Penfold of New South Wales; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Barry John Penfold with a law license in 1983.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Barry found it acceptable to communicate with another solicitor’s client despite the fact that he absolutely knew said conduct was prohibited. Put simply, Barry said "Up yours!" in regards to complying with the rules.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
