Solicitor John Orford of New South Wales; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of New South Wales presented John Laurence Orford with a law license in 1977.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly communicated with another attorney’s client
• Engaged in unprofessional conduct
• Engaged in improper negotiations of mortgages

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
