Solicitor Brian Oliver of New South Wales; thief

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Brian William Oliver with a law license in 1988.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide accurate accounting to client
• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Misappropriated (stole) client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
