The Washington State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wrote several checks on insufficient fund account (rubber)
• Used one client’s retainer fee to pay filing fees for another client
• Failed to record in his registers all bank fee payments and transfer withdrawals
• Failed to pay bank fees and other costs assessed by bank against trust account
• Failed to maintain a running account balance after each transaction
• Failed to maintain client funds in client trust accounts
• Negligently misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal fund

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Tommy practices with the Law Offices of Tom S. Hyde at 2722 Colby Avenue in Everett, Washington.
