Attorney Charles Brown III of DC; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia Bar presented Charles Gailey Brown III with a law license in 1977after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed a frivolous lawsuit against a variety of defendants
• Included defendants in a lawsuit without stating any legal or factual basis for the claims Charlie asserted against them
• Charlie’s sham lawsuit led the Court of Appeals to rule that his claims against various defendant were groundless

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Charlie by gifting her with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Charlie practices at 316 F Street N.E. in Washington, DC.
