The state of Washington presented Michael Lucien Jacob with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Cesar guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cesar found it acceptable to knowingly violate the Code of Conduct by disbursing funds that he knew involved a dispute between two or more individuals.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Cesar by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Cesar practices at 2135 112^th Avenue NE in Bellevue, Washington.
