Attorney Bruce Baldinger of New York City; ethical misfit

The state of New York presented Bruce Eric Baldinger with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Involved in business transaction with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Disciplinary Commission punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
